Refund Requests
If a donation was made in error, you may request a refund within
7 days of the transaction.
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- donor name
- transaction details proof
- donation date
- reason for refund request
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within
7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Donations
Donations may not be refundable if:
- funds have already been allocated to medical programs
- the request exceeds the refund period
