POB Trust Eye Hospital was established with the mission of providing affordable and accessible eye care to those in need, ensuring that no one suffers preventable blindness due to financial constraints.

Across Pakistan, over a million people are living with blindness that, in most cases, never needed to happen. National health data estimates that around 1.12 million people in Pakistan are blind. The cruelest part: cataract remains the leading cause of blindness in the country, and cost is consistently the single biggest reason people never get the surgery that could restore their sight. This isn't a mystery disease with no cure. It's a Rs. 30 eye drop, a pair of glasses, a 20-minute operation sitting just out of reach for millions of families.
